2. Hosting & Log Files

This website is hosted by external service providers (Vercel Inc. and Render). To deliver the site securely and stably, the host servers automatically collect information in so-called server log files (IP address, browser, time). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure provision).

3. Use of Google Gemini API (AI)

This website offers interactive functions (chatbot, image analysis) supported by Artificial Intelligence.

  • Data Transfer: When you enter a message in the chat or upload an image for analysis, these inputs are sent to Google's API (Google Cloud / Vertex AI / Gemini) to generate a response.
  • Processing in the USA: Google may process data in the USA. Google is certified under the "EU-US Data Privacy Framework," guaranteeing an adequate level of data protection.
  • No Storage by Me: I do not permanently store your chat histories or uploaded images on my servers. The display occurs transiently in your browser (Local Storage).
  • Note: Please do not enter sensitive personal data (health data, passwords, real names of third parties) into the chat.
